At Relaxing Sauna, we value your business and understand that sometimes plans change. However, due to the nature of our service and the impact of cancellations on our scheduling, we have a strict cancellation policy in place. Please review the details below:
Cancellation Policy

Cancellations can be made no later than 48 hours before the booking begins and are refundable.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing by email to relaxingsauna4u@gmail.com and are subject to approval by Relaxingsauna.

Cancellations made later than 48 hours before the booking begins are non-refundable.

For credit card and e-transfer payments a $20 cancellation fee will be deducted to cover payment processing costs.
Rescheduling Policy

Rescheduling must be requested no later than 48 hours before the booking begins.

Rescheduling requests made later than 48 hours are subject to a $50 rescheduling fee, which must be paid before the rescheduling is confirmed.

Requests must be made in writing by email to relaxingsauna4u@gmail.com.

Rescheduling is subject to approval and date availability.

Rescheduling can only be made for the same location and same service duration. Any changes to location or service duration are subject to approval.
If Relaxingsauna Cancels

You may reschedule for free or receive a full refund including your deposit.
Weather Policy

If conditions are unsafe, we may cancel or reschedule at no additional cost.
Refund Timing

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days, and will be returned using the same payment method that was originally used.
