
Cancellation Policy
At Relaxing Sauna, we value your business and understand that sometimes plans change. However, due to the nature of our service and the impact of cancellations on our scheduling, we have a strict cancellation policy in place. Please review the details below:
Deposit requirement
A $300 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your session. This deposit will be refunded in full at the completion of the booking once the unit is checked in by Relaxing Sauna staff and no issues or damage are found.
Cancellations made by the client
● Within 24 hours of booking confirmation
Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking confirmation are eligible for a full refund, provided the booking is at least 72 hours away.
● Prior to 72 hours before the booking start time
Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the booking start time will receive 50% of the deposit refunded.
● Within 72 hours of booking start time
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the booking start time are non-refundable. Clients will forfeit the full booking cost, but the $300 deposit will be reimbursed.
● Cancellations 24–72 hours before the booking start time
Refunds for cancellations made within this window will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are contingent upon Relaxing Sauna’s ability to secure a replacement booking for the same date and time. If another booking is secured, a partial refund may be offered at Relaxing Sauna’s discretion.
No-show policy
Failure to show up for the scheduled booking without prior notice will result in a loss of the full deposit, with no refunds issued.
Rescheduling policy
● Rescheduling requests must be made at least 72 hours before the booking start time to avoid additional fees.
● Rescheduling within 72 hours of the booking is subject to a $50 rescheduling fee and is contingent upon availability.
Cancellations made by Relaxing Sauna
In the rare event that Relaxing Sauna needs to cancel your booking (e.g., due to equipment failure, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances), you will be offered the choice of:
● Rescheduling at no additional cost, or
● Receiving a full refund, including the deposit.
Late arrival policy
Your session will begin and end at the scheduled times, even if you arrive late. For example, if the sauna is delivered at 6:00 PM and picked up at 5:00 PM, these hours will not be extended if the client is unavailable.
Special weather conditions
● Extreme weather
If extreme weather conditions (e.g., severe storms, high winds, freezing temperatures) make it unsafe to proceed, Relaxing Sauna may cancel or reschedule your booking at no additional cost.
● Mild weather
Sessions will proceed in mild weather, including light rain or snow. Cancellations by the client due to mild weather will follow the standard cancellation policy.
Refund processing
Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
