To ensure you enjoy every moment, we’ve crafted these rules of use to prioritize your comfort, safety, and the protection of our mobile sauna.

Health & Safety
Sauna use involves exposure to high temperatures. If you’re pregnant or have medical conditions such as cardiovascular issues, respiratory conditions, or heat sensitivities, consult your physician before use. If you feel lightheaded, dizzy, or unwell, step out of the sauna immediately and cool down.
Guests under the age of 18 must be supervised at all times by a parent or guardian, who assumes full responsibility for their safety.
For your safety, using the sauna under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited.
Sauna etiquette and proper use
For your safety and enjoyment please avoid tampering with settings or equipment. Use only the approved items provided, such as towels and essential oils. Unauthorized items can damage the unit.
Prohibited to bring into the sauna are glass, flammable items, or hazardous materials. Keep sauna clean - remove footwear before entering and use towels to protect surfaces.
While our saunas are secure, Relaxing Sauna is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
Drink plenty of water before, during, and after your session to prevent dehydration. Take breaks to cool down if needed, especially during longer sauna sessions.
Booking and cancellations
A $300 deposit and a valid credit card are required to reserve your sauna experience. The deposit will be refunded in full after the unit is inspected for damages following your session. In the event of damages exceeding $300, additional costs will be assessed and charged to the provided credit card. The total damage amount will be determined based on the nature and extent of the damage.

Our saunas are equipped with fire extinguishers. Keep a working cell phone nearby for emergencies and follow the safety instructions provided during orientation.
As the renter, you are responsible for the actions of any guests you invite. Ensure they adhere to these rules and respect the equipment.

Sauna use involves certain risks, including dehydration, heat-related illnesses, and environmental conditions. By using Relaxing Sauna's services, you accept these risks and take full responsibility for your health and safety.
You are financially responsible for any damage caused to the sauna or its equipment due to negligence or misuse.
